Daniel Neil Ash

Nathan Meister

Daniel Neil Ash was born and raised in Kingston Upon Hull, England. He was a very quiet boy and a bookworm, but he often saw fine performances by actors on the TV and would privately think, “I could do that”.

This inspired him to start performing in school; from then on, he felt most at home on stage.

He left home at 18 and trained at the Oxford School of Drama in England before he moved to Denmark to study at the Copenhagen International School of Performing Arts.

As a professional, he has worked mostly in his first love, theatre. As Romeo in ‘Shakespeare at Billund Airport’ with ‘Det Flyvende Teater’. As Callum in ‘The Shy Manifesto’ with ‘Down the Rabbit Hole Theatre’. As The Narrator in ‘Berghain’ with ‘Down the Rabbit Hole Theatre’. As the voice of ‘Hippolytus’ in IKAROS with ‘Dansk Danseteater’. As ‘Mercutio’ in ‘Juliet’s Birthday Bash’ with ‘Hamletscenen’. And as David in ‘Out of the Blue’ with Assemble Theatre Collective’.
